One-man-logistic
it needed years of development and experiences to unload a Bösendorfer-Imperial concert grand with only one person without help from others in only 8 minutes up to the first note played.
The little machine "pianoplan" is the most important factor.
Since fall 1995 the climax of logistic is fulfilled with the
"piano-kipp" hydraulic equipment of the company
Neumeister-Hydraulik from
Neuenstadt/Kocher because it makes possible to do everything of the transport
process all alone. The foto shows the developping team for the hydraulic
cylinder: At the button Walter Neumeister, at the piano Wolfgang
Ellenberger, in the background the specialists for mechanics and electrics,
especially the very phantasyful engineer Simpfendörfer (bold).
"pianoplan" is sold thousandwise on the worldmarket, piano-kipp exists only for two times what shows how timid the pianists are to do something themselves like the easy transport of the concert grands....
